crap i can't connect to the DE server i'm getting this error ?? pls admins help meeeeeeeeee

this is the error
i get in the sever and i'm stuck at the loading and in console i get
Invalid voice test packet, XUID 11000017dfa29cf didn't match our clientNum 4's XUID
what does that mean
the only thing that i did was to play some spec ops with my cousin using the Rev loader ,,
but i put everything back the way it was and i'm getting the error
can someone help?

but then i put the ORIGINAL FILES alteriwnet.ini and the iw4mp.cfg
